Januar erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>FiMiX ist ein Fitness Workout f\u00fcr Jugendliche und Erwachsene. In FiMiX wird Tanz, Kr\u00e4ftigung, Entspannung und Spass vereint. Es gibt motivierende Musik und abwechslungsreiche \u00dcbungen. FiMiX ist sowohl f\u00fcr Jugendliche und Erwachsene und es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Jeder kann mitmachen und die Intensit\u00e4t selber bestimmen. Bewegung und Spass stehen im Vordergrund. Man baut Muskeln auf und strafft den ganzen K\u00f6rper.<br \/>\nSei auch du dabei.
